Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Deckon Family Childcare. By accessing our website and enrolling your child in our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform or enrolling.

Enrollment & Attendance

Enrolling a child requires completing all registration paperwork, medical histories, emergency contact forms, and submitting the registration fee. Regular attendance is key to your child's learning experience, and parents are asked to notify the center in advance of any planned absences or late arrivals.

Tuition Fees & Payments

Tuition is due in advance on a weekly or monthly basis as specified in your individual childcare contract. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved state subsidies. Late payments may result in late fees or suspension of care services.

Late Pick-Up & Refund Policy

We operate on strict opening and closing schedules. Parents picking up children after closing hours will be subject to a late pick-up fee per minute. Childcare registration fees are non-refundable. For tuition refunds, please refer to the specific terms outlined in your signed enrollment agreement.

Parent Code of Conduct

We work to maintain a positive, cooperative, and respectful environment for our staff, children, and families. We ask that parents:

• 1. Treat all children, staff, and other parents with respect and kindness.
• 2. Adhere to drop-off, pick-up, and parking guidelines.
• 3. Maintain open and constructive communication regarding their child's needs.
• 4. Keep sick children at home in compliance with our health policies.

Limitation of Liability

While we maintain the highest safety standards, child-proof play spaces, and secure environments, Deckon Family Childcare is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses that occur beyond our reasonable control or due to failure to provide accurate medical or behavioral information.
